Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email care@herbalherb.co.in as soon as possible with your order details.

Returns

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.

Refunds / Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

• the product arrives damaged, or

• an incorrect item is delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the issue and your order number.
Once verified, we will guide you through the next steps.

Refund Timelines

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
